Does anyone have a working 6310i lurking in a drawer somewhere? If so, I'm thinking of buying one as I have the phone adaptor in the car.

I might have one in my attic . I had the car kit in an old E39 which I took out and
never re-installed in the new car .
I'll have a look see if can find it (If Missus hasn't thrown it out in one of her cleanouts!!)

Thanks Chris, I could get one off ebay but I've bought things described as "working" before and they weren't.

Sure , we've all been there , including me with a Handy I bought my daughter !!

Alternatively, I still have a number of those adapters that I have not sold yet (Blackberry, Nokia etc).

Please could you tell me more about the adaptors you have PVR?

For sure I know I have 2 6310 cradles, a Blackberry Pearl, the other Nokia I can't remember the model number from.

When you get the chance please could you find out which exact models the nokia and blackberry adaptors fit?

Blackberry is the Pearl model only. I will check the Nokia ones.

I looked this w/e for the 6310i , but couldn't find it .
Found loadsa other old Nokias , but not that one !!

I'm pretty sure I have a few 6310s around the house somewhere, plus 2 6310 adapters! Nice thing about the 6310 is that it works 100% with the E53 - you can see SMSes etc plus the whole phone book. The 6310s I've got are pretty ancient, but working.Anyway, mine just lived in the car so never lost any street cred
