2007 LED Angel eyes

We have a 2007 X5 3.0d that has xenon headlights but I want to change from the halogen to LED angel eyes. I see that LCI models have LED angel eyes. Are these part of the headlight assembly or separate bulbs that can be purchased from BMW?

What options do I have to convert my angels eye to bright blue/white instead of the current yellow?
