Mine has been in 'hospital' since Monday. No idea what the diagnosis or fix is at present. Awaiting an update. I don't think it will be back this week..

X5Sport, in your case it is 1 day for the repair, and 4 days to clean the back seats of the foot prints

since i am waiting here i asked the parts dept for the price of OEM floor mats and the price they gave me was £99+vat. i don't have to worry about the vat but it still sounds a little high for set of mats

they said only one sensor out of 4 is working. each sensor is £65 and they said total would be £400+ vat. i don't know if it is worth to get it fixed or deactivate it completely. on the other hand i might have to sell the X . not set stone yet but if i decide to purchase a land in Turkey i might have sell it.we'll see

No you were barred 4 weeks ago - how did you get back in!
Which one's gone buddy? Back are all straight and so are the front outer I think - damn this old age, can't remember for sure. But look for some posts by x555, he looked extensively and yes they are specific for the X. Do recall someone posting about VW (was it) sensors fitting???? But £30 on eBay is a good buy. Yours on the pre-facelift might be the one's that arn't completely round but have that top and bottom straight edge.
Also, the PDC's can be turned off by just unplugging the module in the boot (next to the RCM and TV Module). You can disconnect just the front or back or both...

Hiya fella
You can get the sensors from here:
http://www.alloywheelsdirect.net/tpms/h ... ms_sensors.
They were the cheapest I could find new. Code: RDE 003. Take it down to Kwik Fit and they will change it over for a few quid.
Hope this helps.

You're still barred though!
