Hi, I want the 4.6is X5, and I have been and looked at one near me, has anyone ever owned or know of anyone who has owned an Estoril Blue on reg "X5 DTR", with a chassis of LN76394, its at a garage near me and I have a copy of the log book, but the last owner was another dealer who only acquired the vehicle on 31/07/10 so I am trying to contact a 'proper' previous owner.

thank you

Where is near me?

I haven't seen it around Lancaster / Morecambe area sorry.

What is it you are hoping to find out by contacting the previous owner? Does it not have service history? Are there a lot of pervious owners?

Turks.

Agree with Turks, I think more information is needed before any denfinitive answers may be given.

Its up for sale in South Birmingham, the previous owner on the V5 was from Essex and acquired it only on the 31st july 2010, now its for sale already in Brum, So I was thinking that 'that' owner was just another dealer. The BMW history finished in 2006 at Whitehouse Ruxley, which seems to now be Stephen James - Ruxley, so I thought ringing them from 2006 would not tell me much about the car. Other two stamps were a 4X4 showroom and a MOT centre without a website so I did not think they would be much use to find the history of the car, so I was just trying to find a genuine owner.

I have another thread afer driving the car, and have been advised to keep searching :P So this is a mute point now, but they were my reasons :)
