Had my X5 since Saturday now and no one warned me that I would be looking for an excuse to drive it and go the longest way I can think off everywhere

I hope not it was £120 to fill it up, at least the range went to 400 miles.
Luckley I have a Passat TDI and a Fuel card which is free to me to use.

Lol Rich. As said the noise, drive and just sheer joy of driving that 4.8 is glorious. But the range will decrease very quickly. Wait till you get a custom exhaust then hear her sing...lol

Nah, I bought a kit to syphon fuel in order to fill the tractor from jerrycans. I am sure that if you drop by I can drain your tank quite easily after which you can fill yours up again with your reg bound card

Sounds like a plan. Also sounds like a new use for the water storage tanks you bought also. Sod washing the car and have your own fuel tank...lol

Except there'll be confusion and the car will be washed with Diesel and the Tractor filled up with water......
Actually, a pressure washer might make a pretty good flame thrower don't you think?...

I cant believe the difference in fuel prices in less than two years 50p a litre extra since 2010 that's just greedy! I have decided to MOT one my scooters now that the weather is improving. 80mpg sounds good since most of my journeys involve popping round to check on my parents!
