basically looking for help on carrying out this tast. tips on removing the old light unit and fitting the new flip down screen in position

Only one problem........... the overhead console is unobtainable, that is what I was told by parts dept,

Great write up but does anyone one have any pictures of one fully installed. Also how much are these kits to buy?

the hardest thing about this install is finding any wiring that is 12v off the ignition in the rear of the car i need a ignition switched source does anyone have any suggestions ?

Go for the relay holder that has nothing in it - left-most, centre pin in the on the top row. These are in the rear right fuse holder...

I bought the full kit 3 years ago, went to order the o/h console and found it was discontinued, tried Germany and the States, no joy.
Sold it on Ebay for £25 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! earlier this year.
Lost over £350.
I will never learn
