BMW Dog Guard

Does anyone know how the bmw e70 dog guard fits in,does it clip in or do you have the drill anything, is it an easy fit?
Its fixed by the rear bench locks, no drilling involved. Takes 5 mins max to fit, brackets in and tighten 4 Allen bolts and the dog guard even comes with the Allen key.
