Cigarette lighters not working ?

As per the title really ! Iv noticed that neither the lighter in the front of th car or the one in the rear is working anymore ? I don't smoke but need them for my in car charger etc ! Any ideas as to what the issue could be ?

Take a look at the fuses

I presumed a fuse to be honest !
Where would I find them and in particular how would I know which fuse ?
Yes as u can tell I'm pretty clueless lol

This is in the wrong section.
Front fuse box, fuse No 25.
Rear fuse box, fuse No 83.
