I need to get the wheels to create a set of winter wheels, so might as well start asking here before looking at the Ebay options (here or in Germany).

Not interested in tyres (unless winters), so just the wheels will do nicely.

hi just been offered a set of 18" 2012 E70 alloys with brand new tyres £850 just came off a transporter & up graded if you are interested ?

Unfortunately I would prefer one without tyres as I have no use for them, but thanks anyway

Yes, date still moving about but sometime this week.

Yes, I don't way any hassle with insurance companies if I had aftermarket fitted.

I am just wondering if they will fit your car ? if I were you I would check with the dealer as I asume that they may have larger breaks on with being a 40d Msport , if they have they will catch the caliper you may only be able to get away with 19" .
If I am right you owe me a cuppa if I am ever in West Sussex ?

mines a 35d and the 18's fit.......even though they look a bit silly in the msports flared arches

BMW site says the style is the 18" cross spoke style 177 for the 40d.

If im in West Sussex ill have a cuppa vodka please

You can always upsell or dump the tyres.

i just sold a set of 18" M paralels for E38-E39.

Thanks, not seen that one. I found that the tyres from my previous X5 were just about worthless when trying to sell, so these wheels would work out expensive I would say.
