Between 2000 and 2500 revs, in fourth, fifth and sixth gear(but most noticable in sixth) and lightly accelerating, there is a vibration/noise coming through the car.
It's mostly noticable in sixth, so i suppose it's a bit speed dependant.
I'm THINKING it's the "flex disc" i'm reading about, but does anyone have any other suggestions, or been through something similar and fixed it?

Well i've replaced the centre bearing and propshaft coupling and we're all good.

Lol, unless your scared of breaking a nail, then it isn't difficult.
And the cost of parts doesn't mean a real waste of money, if it doesn't cure the problem.
Get the car up on axle stands, with rear wheels in the air and thus able to turn the prop. Take your time take the bolts out, break the studs out the back and carefully tap the centre bearing off. Replace parts as removed...time for a beer.
