Navcode software needed in midlands area??

Hi all I have just brought a DVD player and headrest screens for my x5 e53. Was looking at buying a tv in motion cable intill someone told me it can be done with a lap top with the right software. I'm in Nottingham area postcode ng3 if anyone could help me or point me in the right direction. Cheers Wayne.
