Anybody fitted the leds as above, found bulb warning problems or a seller whom sells with the ballast things fitted ?

I wasjust looking at the 10w cree led bulbs for the angel eyes but would like to read some feedback really as I am concerned about the heat they might give off and potentially melting the headlight housing.

Above meant the subject.
Upon checking, these things tap into the sidelight circuit (sides stay in place) and also the headlights so when there turned on the daytime lights turn off in the legal way.
I have led sidelight bulbs in so have decided to leave as is as think it may look to pimped.

If you get them, let me know what you think of them, looking at exactly the same leds.
Might be worth contacting the seller and see if he'll do a deal for 2 sets?

They'll probably become more widely available as they're showing on alibaba etc and may come down in price. Like I said though, I'm just worried about heat disipation as I wouldn't want my headlamps to melt! Do you want to try them first

Guys this post was for daytime running lights not Angel Eye leds.

Apologies, I didn't know the difference (still don't really) and the description for these suggests that they could be bright enough to use as daytime running lights which is why I posted.

Yeah no worries.
Sidelights are as they say and manually turned on, daytime running lights are the auto ones you see lit all day on Audi's etc

I do/did know what they are on audis, porsches etc but didn't know what you meant about aftermarket ones thinking you just meant angel eyes that are bright enough to look good in the daytime which is what I was thinking might be good about these 10W LEDs if they're safe to use and don't look too bright at night. If they were half that price I might just try them but £70 odd is a bit much to experiment with.

Bloomin shame though as they look good. I have seen the same type for reversing lights and they are about £25.00 a pair.

Thanks for the link. I'll have a look in a minute. These were the ones I was originally considering (and might still go for) as they say the right things about over driving and heat sinking, have a 1 year warranty and are pretty local to me if there's a problem.
