right went to add a sub and amp today ( a vibe all in one unit as i have 3 of these in the spare room) and i have not got round to building my stealth box yet but thort get the wiring in ready. so i have one of these phono lead adapters to get the phone leads connected it has 5 wires to connect: front left +, front left-, front right+, front right- and a ground, went on x outpost, took all stuff out to radio module traced wires back up and spliced into them near the multi changer, connected them all as per these colours http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/ste ... ation.html and powered it up and all i get is a constant drone frome the sub weather the stereo is one or not, i then found a 2nd pair of wires that were the same colour blue so tried them and the same. the remote wire works though (white one). anyone any ideas?? i have no dsp or harmon factory amp etc. i used one of these connectors on my old x5 with no probs but did it behind the head unit as it was a standard one. so i realy need advice on this wiring issue. thanks
