Does anyone get theirs dirty?
Here's my old one which I bought because I regularly do this:
this:
this:
and this:
...and in amongst all that I wanted a car which was capable of swallowing all the associated 'stuff' that a family of four generates. Ultimately the X3 was chosen because of the balance of space, comfort, on-road ability, running costs and the capability of travelling on rally stages without suffering too much damage underneath or holding up the event by getting stuck.
When I first started using it the marshals faces when a black BMW turned up on the start line was a picture - they were even more surprised when nothing broke and I didn't get stuck..... :hehe:
Looking round for something else which could do everything I want it for I couldn't really find anything better - considered everything from Evoque/FL2 to RRS/X5/Touareg - all were slower, more expensive to run etc, etc. so I've just changed it for another one, albeit with a 3.0d this time....
As newbie as well I've put a link over in that section
