hi all

the clock in my x5 is being a bit wierd!

it seems to stay an hour behind the time it is supposed to be and whenever i reset it, it changes back to an hour behind the next time i start the car???

any ideas?

this sort of thing often happens when systems are aware of British Summer Time settings..... as far as I can recall, our e53 s don't have such a setting though? Sorry can't be more help.

Are you going right through the clock setting procedure? If you miss the last steps of backing out of the function when you change the time (like pressing 'Set' after the hour has been changed) it will revert to the last setting and not the new one. No BST timeshift installed so you have to change it manually Spring and Autumn.

It's not even in the latest ones.
