We'll I have a set of the 9 inch meos ones in mine (from eBay) and they are very good considering they cost under £200 for the pair, but I'm not sure what happens with the motorised bit, not even sure if mine were motorised before or not, went out and tried it (by pushing the little tilt button on the e/seat up) and nothing happened so Im guessing I either didn't have them, or it can no longer function with them in place, but to be fair, I'm a tall guy and in years I've never changed the position of my headrest, nor have I rested my head on it whilst driving (I'd be staring at the sun visor!) as long as it is not ridiculously too high or low I think your headrest will be safe in the event of a mishap, just depends whether or not your willing to lose that function, however someone may chime in and say that it can be retained though so you might be able to have your cake and eat it, for me though, the silent bliss on journeys considerably outweighs the potential downsides :D

I think the motorised head rests come with the ''comfort seats ''only, I think there is a post by someone who has replaced the titchy comfort seat head rests with an after market head rest. (don't know what the colour match was like though).

I've done the comfort headrest swap for 9" screens, the colour is quite good, mine are black..

You can also retain the electric adjustment facility, its a bit of fiddling, check out my previous post of install..

Hope this helps
