E53 2005 Dome removal for LED's

Hey all i have read a few threads and tutorials to remove the lighting dome on the headliner but mine is slightly different - I have the sunglasses holder.

Can anyone give me some guidance as to how to remove this lot as I am trying to change out all my lights to LED's and this is all I have left to do.

Same as mine, you only need to take the lights out, use a flat-head screwdriver around the long edge facing the back of the car, it will unclip.

As Mr S has stated you only need to remove the actual light unit itself, even if no sunglasses holder.
