The ride Hight can be adjusted with our diagnostic system we use
As STD the Hight adjustment is done by the level sensors on the car

I am interested in buying a 4.6iS and so this saying that the ride level is adjustable is new to me. How do you adjust it ? should this be something I should be checking when looking to purchase one ?

If you cant find the switch (its quite obvious) then you you have rear leveling only. Chances are the bags are leaking and or the pump / level sensors are shot. My money is on the bags which typicaly have a life of about 8 years + -
