Thinking of taking a Warranty out on the x, If there are any Historic fault codes in the system, by previous owner, would this be detrimental to any claims in the future, as I think from 05 all faults that are recorded also hold the millage at the time, may be they would try to associate with future faults? { every thing runs fine at the moment} fingers crossed?

So with this in mind, would the 1.4.0 scanner be able to reset or clear them, if there were any, also any info on the 2.0.1 scanner would be good[ but might be for the x6?
