Retro-fitting of "Aero Twin" wipers possible?

Afternoon All,
Newbie here with a newbie style question, just to kick off the first post!
As per the subject - is it possible to retro-fit the aero-twin style wipers to a 2001 model X5?
I was able to make the change on my previous car (Audi TT) from the old style big and chunky wipers to the nice thin style of newer cars and was wondering if it was possible to do the same with this car or not?
Any help, suggestions or if anyone has given it a go, did it work?!
Thanks in advance

Got the Bosch ones on my car you will have to cut the little plastic guide that sits over the wiper on the drivers side as it hits the wiper I just snipped it off with sidecutters
Here are some pics

Looks like you'll lose the wiping of the bottom inch of your window though, as the pic doesn't show an angled/bent arm like the X5 has. (it maybe a catalogue photo though?!?!) so it would also be floating in the middle of your window and look more messy than cleaner.

Sorry for the late come-back and thanks to one and all!
I never gave it a thought about the ones that Neil48is and B5tew have/suggested and considering I used them before on the old car - and like B5tew, had to chop a bit off to get them to fit!
I found they were quite good - but then when I had to change them again (continent heat just eats and destroys the rubber in months) I went for the whole arm change with the single pin drop-in style.....
So, off the back of this (the ones off fleabay have been ordered), when I have to change them again at the end of the summer, does anyone know if the arms off the later models (not sure if they were fitted to the E53 or just straight onto the E70's?) can be fitted?!
