How do I tell which one I have?

Going by the X you have, you should have the MK4. Look at your sat nav and it should DVD written on the front.
MK3 sat nav is CD based and plain on the front.

Possibly border line there. Think you may have CD based unit.
Unit will say DVD or nothing (meaning CD). Eject the disc, see what you have.
Or drop a pic of the screen display.

The 'fool proof' way is to go to the settings menu, the first digit of the number in the top right is the MK number, the 3rd and 4th are the software version.

Just checked it has DVD written on the player so it is mk4.
