E70 Front Seats, will they fit E53?

Will electric front seats of an X5 E70 fir directly into an E53?

In what way , do you know? Do you reckon that the electrics are the same? The yellow block connector looks the same!? Its the rails im thinking of too, do you have any suggestions or other comments mate?

The runners themselves will be a problem but you could get custom runners made up. The electrics also will not be straight forward as the E70 wiring, modules and control systems will be very different then there is the coding of the airbags.

Even fitting a set of E60 M5 seats in an E60 non M was an absolute arse.
