Blocked sensor vent.

Post by sapphireblack » Thu Aug 28, 2025 3:41 pm

Discovered a quite serious clump of detritus protruding from the little vent under the temp switch yesterday,

It wasnt easy to remove either, vacuum on boost and an old toothbrush teased it out eventually.

Where did that all come from!?

Gross. :o

Never had such an experience previously. Possibly because I’ve never owned such a high mileage, heavily used car before.
