Hello!
So I just got a '07, x5 3.0D. Very basic spec but it was a good price and seemed to run OK - so here I am, signing up to a forum to sort all its issues out haha!

Previous owner said he spent a fortune on upgrading the lights to look better, but I never questioned what he done to be honest - I would really be keen to know what to look for for any changes to the standard pre-LCI lights.

Had it a few weeks now and I have gathered a whole pile of service items, which racked up a bill pretty quickly! Hopefully it will set a good base for some happy motoring...

Engine oil and filter, air filter and fuel filter.
Front Diff, Rear diff and TC oils.
ZF gearbox oil, filter and sleeves.
Front drop links.
Both thermostats.
K+DCan cable and protool diagnostic app.

I have some questions about checking the health of the car so I will be posting in the right areas with those.
