Shame they don't have checks like that round here.
Lad across the way driving around with nothing on the car at all no tax insurance or mot.
What makes my blood boil is he takes his kids in the car with him.

There seems to be a growing trend around this way for cars being brazenly driven around with no reg.plates - front or rear. I would venture to suggest they aren't taxed or insured, either. In any case, even if they are insured the insurance won't be valid due to the lack of plates.
