High beams won’t work while the high beam blue light comes up on dash but nothing happens to light, moreover there is no errors or faults

I think you probably need the car scanned?

Sounds as if the shutters aren’t working. The car thinks they are - hence the blue light. High beam uses a mechanical shutter that masks high beam when on low. Could be a broken wire. The wire comes from the Footwell Module behind either the left or right side trim in the footwell. I only have a LHD image (which puts it in the passenger footwell sidewall). Common feed to both is a Yellow/Red wire. Pin 41 on the FM. No separate fuse on that circuit. If the wire looks intact then could be the steering wheel switch or the module itself.

Really needs a scan as suggested above.
