I use one pressure "34psi" for all tyres in my E53 D-Sport but someone has suggested me something else. Is it a normal thing to use different pressure for front and back tyres?

Absolutely! In nearly 60 years of motoring, I've only ever known one car that had
recommended pressures the same for front and rear. ........And that one's a Citroen C4 Picasso.
Your car should have a label on one or other of the door pillars with what BMW recommends.

My X6 has a single pressure unless loaded, though it depends upon tyre sizes as well. With the 20” set it’s either 32 or 34psi from memory, but the 19” set it’s different - can’t remember what though, and those were for winter rubber. It is the only BMW I’ve owned where they are the same though.
There should be a pressure plate in one or other of the door pillars.

I have put the same 34psi all round on my e53 for the last 7 years now.
Tyres have worn perfectly in fact only just changed a set after 6 years.

I also put 34psi all round. Have had my 4.4 E53 since 2006 .
