Would anyone have fitting instructions to fit an OEM front splitter to an F15 M Sport?

Was it a retrofit item? If so, have a look at RealOEM and use the last 7 of your VIN to pull up the right model. If it’s a retrofit kit then it should appear in that section and there should be an EBA reference number. That’s the number for the instructions that you should be able to get from a friendly main dealer (or search for on line perhaps). Note that RealOEM only covers cars made up to Dec 2019 as their Dealer parts system is now only available on line to dealers (it used to be a quarterly DVD set).
