Has been perfect for me as well with all phones used.
My convertible is a different case though, but that is just because of road noise.

Hi
I have a 3G and not had any complaints from people I call in last 2 years. I did however have to change the volume on iPhone to max during a call as when I first used it it was too low a people said it was very quiet.

Not sure how that works as that is the speaker volume rather then microphone sensitivity?

I know what you mean PVR as I has the volume up full on steering wheel control if that's what you mean but I'm sure when I asked all that time ago Sanj told me to do it on the iPhone whilst in a call and leave it that way and it worked for me. Not sure if it was just an iPhone instruction I'm sure Sanj will confirm

This is a daft one, but noticed it made a difference when I was first messing with mine!?! No idea, why it works though!?!
But I will take the credit!

I think projecting your voice slightly towards the mic in the ceiling console always helps a little too.

Good point. In Sanj's case, that is about 2 metres away

Yes my samsung wouldn't connect so i ended up getting an old nokia 6230i and cradle with a payg sim and then i divert my normal phone to the car phone when driving on longer journeys, but there is interference and echo when calling the car. When calling from the car it's fine but not when you call to the car

Yes I have had issues with my phone/bluetooth - the person at the other end tells me that their voice is echoing so I end up turning down my speaker volume and that seems to sort it their end but the volume is so low I can hardly ehar them..... Any ideas ?
