which it was I mentioned a 22 mpg return based on running about on short trips, but today I stretched the legs as it were of my 35d and drove sensibly on the infamous M25 for a reasonable distance. The result, which I'm pleasantly surprised at is below. Never achieved such a return before, but I enjoy driving this car as opposed to tootling around, so will likely not see similar figures ever again. In addition endless HGVs getting pi$$Ed off and overtaking me wasn't much fun either.
