The Royal Wedding - what will you be doing?

Just out of interest really, but what will you be doing on Royal Wedding Day? :coffee: :paper:

Will you be watching it, doing the garden, detailing the 'X', doing anything but watching it, or what?

Call me unromatic, and I'm sure it's a great occasion, but there's been so much pushing of the event that I have no more than a passing interest. I'm not going to be glued to the telly!! I saw on TV last night that in Glasgow there are no street parties to celebrate the occasion and someone interviewed last night said there was little interest. That's a shame because even I have a 'little' interest, it's just that's as far as it goes.

So what will you be doing?

I think I shall be migrating a PC from Vista to Windows 7 - that should keep me nicely occupied and out of the way. If I keep the iPhone charged and use the noise cancelling headphones I won't even hear the TV and sobs, ooohs and aaaahs....... :(

Legoland, since everyone will be watching the wedding. Hopefully a quiet park for the kids to enjoy!

May catch a bit of the wedding later in the afternoon. Excuse to then get drunk! OK, no excuse required...

Not seen much of the buildup, knew it would drive me nuts!

I'm in Kazakhstan working, I won't miss anything i'm sure as there will be programmes, documentaries and news coverage for the next few weeks and probably years to come. My missus will be watching it but only because its an excuse for the whole family to get together for a catch up...

Just got in from Thorpe Park. What a big mistake in thinking that it would not be that many people going and having a chance on getting on a ride due to the wedding.

Totally packed out man :headbang:

Looks like 12000 other people were thinking the same thing.
