X5 E53 3.0d spotted

I'm at Carfest south at the moment and yesterday morning I was looking out of the motor home window and saw a face lift E53 driving across the field towards me.
It turns out to be Ocuair who are a drone survey company taking photos of the car parking etc.
Anyway, as I am a drone pilot and drive an X5 I went over for a chat..
The car was his own which he had from 2016. Like I said a 3.0d but it had an M5 exhaust on it and it sounded like my Range rover sport supercharged from the back. It also had been kitted out with flashing led lights on the roof, front and rear bumper with all the electronic switch gear mounted in the two boot cubby panels. It looked really cool and unique.
The chap said it is his own vehicle and he averages 3000 miles a month in it.
Forgot to take a picture but if I see it again I will.

It was a funny colour combo too - black leather with grey inserts on the door panels. The paint was a sort of dark blue / grey. I've never seen that before. Those chunky 5 spoke alloys too.
