WANTED E53 30d

Hi looking for second car and decided to have another E53.

Looking for 54, 54 56 plate LCI with full options preferable. Mileage and service evidence important. Appreciate cars are now 15+ years old so mileage will be up there in relative terms.

Hi I have a set of Vredestein winter tyres 255/50/19 both 6mm , 285/45/19 both 4/4.5mm and a set of brand new rear discs for a 30d E53 sport ? its a start !

Tyres maybe for my E70 that I've decided to keep.
but on E53 hunt I'll prefer to get a whole car...

If I buy an e53 from down south might pick up on way back up road on M6.

Must chuckle though the amount of idiot car traders selling E53s that no nothing about options and specifications. Complete balloons some of these traders....

Hi that is the reason I kept my E53 for so long , most salesmen have no interest in what they are selling and treat you as if they are doing you a favour , price the px 1/2 price and charge double for the service etc .
I have replaced mine with a F15 40d but preferred the E53 as it was a sport and the suspension was stiff all of the time , this one starts off in comfort and still doesnt feel as stiff in sports plus with 21" wheels on . I tried the G05 30d and wife was nearly sick in it due to the Range Rover ride , I mentioned this to the salesman who said that it had been the second person that day to make a comparison .
I was talking to a guy last week just bagged a 2006 X5 30d sport with 1 owner and 31k genuine miles for a song , so they are still about with low mileage and low owners just depends how long you have to wait . A local dealer has a 2004 with 110k miles but is a 3.0 petrol and needs a ton of work for mot wants just under 2k .

I seen the one at 31K from memory were they not asking £9.5K for it.
Ideally looking for sports special edition with extended wheel arches (my old one was a le mans blue). Options must have are TV, heated seats and sunroof, preferred options (all others, heated SW, comfort screen, folding power mirrors etc. ) . Ideal colours blues, silver, greys.
Will try and show patience in finding.
Actually popped down to Sheffield to look at a car yesterday and did not buy as few iffy bits I did not like (£145 on trains and taxis - a learning lesson in believing everything being told on phone

It’s not 54,55,or 56 but I have a x5 3.0d ,52reg, 179k full service history, leather all
around , heated front seats . Everything works as it should (including door handles ) ,gearbox serviced ,19’ borbet wheels, power folding mirrors.Engine and gearbox working smooth and quiet.If you’re interested come have a look. I can send you some pictures of you want . Has no scratches on it or dents whatsoever.
I also have an 02 reg 3.0d 150k no history on it ,in black with 2 tone leather seats(beige & grey), headrest screens.
