Hello from sunny South Africa

Hi All

Been browsing the site for a while for and decided to sign up now that I have finally taken the plunge - I took delivery of a 2005 AW 3.0d today . It took a while for me to find the right car but it has been well worth the wait. She is a Sport pack and comes with Sat Nav, DVD, B/tooth, electric Sports seats - basically all the bells and whistles. This is not my first BMW - I haved been the proud owner of 2 x E30's (1 x 320i and a 325i), and e36, 320i, a e34 540i, an e46 320d, e46 325i, and an e90 325i.

Being the Easter weekend, I leave tomorrow for a game lodge about 2 hours outside Johannesburg, so I'll get the chance to take her out onto the open road .

In the UK this colour is SOOOO rare! Very nice buddy - enjoy the long weekend and welcome aboard!

Very nice. Most of the white ones in the UK tend to have blue lights and a pair of coppers in em - frequently a firearms support team.

I rather like white except it shows the dirt to soon, but t'other half hates white!!
