Rear Bowden cable

Post by derk » Thu Apr 30, 2020 3:50 pm

Hi one an all,
I am having trouble with my right hand rear hand brake cable, the old one had snapped and I'm fitting a new one. So I released the old one from the hand brake and from the rear axel, great I thought! I then pulled the cable from the rear, blow me, it only came out halfway and got stuck. Am I doing something wrong, have I missed something, would like help. The car is BMW X3 2007, cheers.

As said, it’s a copy of the BMW Tech Instructions as used by Dealers.

It may have what you need.
