Hi, My PDC is giving me a headache. Firstly it is set for 4 sensors ( Rear ) only as I had a couple go faulty at the front and I didn't want the hassle of wrestling with the bumper. I don't really need the front ones anyway.
The issue is that the O/S/R sensor has gone faulty. It packed in after the car was parked up for a week in heavy rain. It worked intermittently but has now given up the ghost. This was confirmed with the ticking check and my scanner.
I have replaced the sensor with a good old ebay item and now the PDC does nothing. You don't get the fault warning or the solid green light on the button. When checked with the scanner there are no errors. Remove the sensor and PDC does indicate a fault. I have since purchased another sensor and no difference. The new sensor does tick although it seems louder than the others.
Any suggestions welcome.
