Evening all
I’m Joe new to the forum, but not new to x5’s. 2 years ago i had a e53 3.0d and loved it until the drive shaft chewed its self to bits along with needing a lot of new bush’s. That then went and iv just bought an e70 3.0d msport. Like another post bought with my heart not my head. 120k 1 owner well spec’ed and very clean inside and out. Problems can be found in problems section.
Oil level over full (it’s not iv just changed it as it was as black as cole)
No rear licence plate lights, (it’s not the bulbs nor fuses it the rear fuse bored, yet to try the front)
Brake discs are shot ( I did notice this on purchase, what do people recommend is like to upgrade abit from standard?)
Clouded front light (again notice on purchase)
Still really nice drive feels a lot newer then the e53 but I feel it’s not as responsive on pull off.
