This may be of interest to everyone, when I was searching to buy my X6 I noticed that all the sat nav screens seemed to be ‘marked / dirty /scratched’ ! And coming from a Range Rover Sport with a perfect Sat Nav I thought that I was going to buy a ‘New’ Screen!
Having no choice but to buy one with the aforementioned ‘dirty screen’ I successfully cleaned it ! I sat one day in my lunch hour with a box of ‘Wonder Wipes’ cloths and with the cloths and only my finger the screen came up without much pressure and effort ‘Perfect’ and unblemished! That was 6 months ago and has stayed unblemished!
So I hope this ‘tip’ might be of interest but I don’t take any responsibility if it doesn’t work for you guys , but hey you can’t make it much worse!
