I accidentally pressed the boot open button rather than Hill descent, whilst driving. The boot slammed shut as I went over a bump. I then checked the boot it was closed but wouldn't open. You can bear the motor and it opens very slightly but closes. I've tried the emergency pull hatch buy same thing with that. Any advice

Operate the emergency pull release and lift the boot fully open. Try operating the motor now and see if all well. Also within idrive, check the opening height and set as as required.
