My drivers sun visor won't stay closed it was jammed but got it moving but it's now too loose and has never been right . Looking around for a replacement one like mine doesn't seem to exist with the little loop pointing towards the drivers side ,all the ones on eBay seem to point the plastic surround loop to passenger side . What is this loop for anyway ?
At first I thought the others were of lhd cars but now I think mine has been apart and put back on the wrong way round by a previous owner !
Can someone with an e70 pre lci compare theirs with mine please ?

Realoem certainly shows the clip (for receipts?) in the diagrams pointing the the centre of the car and not as yours is.

Have you tried pulling the part number up from there to see if you can find a match?

Well that's what they are for cheers X5sport , I don't think we can go by the pic in this case on realoem as they will possibly use the same pic for Lhd and Rhd
Looks like 51168037382 is for the right side , will see what crops up .
Is your x6 the same as mine or different ?

Well I went out for another look in the dark and with a torch you can clearly see its been glued back on so I'm guessing its back on the wrong way round !

Now sorted with one of fleabay, expect the unexpected when it comes to used cars and previous owners , had me confused for a while
