Hi,
Regrettably, I'm looking to sell our 2011 X5 3.0D M/Sport, after an exhaustive search for the right car and 15 months of happy motoring. However, it's simply too big for my wife to drive - I should've bought the Evoque that she really wanted
Headlines:
- 75k miles
- 2 owners / full service history / maintained regardless of expense (just had major service)
- White exterior, black leather interior
- Very good condition inside and out
- 20" optional wheels (with a few minor scuff marks) and 6 month old Dunlop run-flats all round
- Adaptive lights
- Panoramic roof
- Advanced media pack
- Power tailgate
- Comfort seats (awesome)
I'm looking for about £14k
PM if interested.
Dave

There was a member looking for one a while ago, not sure exactly what he was looking for, but might be worth contacting him (ckl139).
Good luck with the sale

Thanks - that's a relief. Paid a lot for this 18 months ago, and don't want to take too much more of a bath. Someone's going to get a bargain. Good point re. the forum....my logic was that this is somewhere people would looks for a really good example (I sold my treasured Discovery on a forum for 150% of what I could've got on Autotrader).

Question ,
Is the X5 still for sale and where abouts are you ?

yes, car still for sale
to be honest, I really like the car so haven't done anything to else to try to sell...but it is STILL too big for my wife so really needs to go
now on 78k miles, just had had a major service, and absolutely faultless
really super car

Good looking car and a great spec, and a good price, very surprised it hasn't sold yet, good luck with the sale.
Have you thought about an x3 for your wife, in my view a far better proposition than the evoque, given the engine and mechanical issues a lot of people have with them (evoque) and the LR main dealer service rates make BMW look good value. If that's what you decide on, just be sure it has a very comprehensive warranty. If you haven't already worth looking on the forums to see the potential issues that can occur.
