Anybody help me. I've recently bought a 55 plate X3 an after filling up the screen wash I've just noticed that when I turn on the rear screen washer it doesn't come out of the jet, but instead just runs down the outside of the boot from the top on the passenger side. What can i do, is it an easy fix as don't wanna send it the garage or a dealer. Thanks

Probably a blocked washer jet, or broken connection to it.. Have a look at newtis.info (BMW Service Manual) for how to get at it/fix it, and Realoem (BMW Parts database on line) for a new one. Use the last 7 characters of your VIN to get the right model parts lists. Rear wiper jet will probably come under vehicle trim or electrical. With the part number you can then look on line for an equivalent.
Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
