Engine shudder

My 2009 3.0d developed a shudder on switching off, the EML also lit up so I applied the Carly and found an error with the throttle valve positioner. I removed the throttle valve body but didn't find anything wrong initially until I searched for a new throttle body (cost was around £200 with delivery) and realised that a component part of the electronic controller was available and showed me that what I thought was ok was actually worn.
The gear wheel cost me about £33 with postage from Germany, much less expensive than the whole throttle body but a fiver would have been more realistic (3D printer anybody

- Plastic gear just slides off, initially the wear was so uniform I thought that was part of the design!
