E70 X5 Coil Spring / Air Bag Conversion - Error

Hi Guys,

I have an E70 X5 2009 and have had the coil spring conversion, removing the air bags.

I now have the error 'Level system fail' on the IDrive screen and the picture on the instrument cluster.

There seems to be a lot of info online regarding this and solutions for the E53 X5 (the air bags were optional and can be coded) and the 5 Series which can also be coded as an option.

I can find no definitive way of how this is done on the E70 where there is no option and all cars have this hard coded.

Can anyone who has a solution post a reply please.
