Hi all

Ordered new seals as mine was leaking. Managed to just about get old one out but struggling to get it clipped back into the intercooler side. Thought I’d done it until taking car for test drive and it’s popped out. So frustrating, any tips?

I had to drain coolant to remove top pipe so fan could come out, looks like i’ll Have to do this all again

Just to update, ordered a new silicone hose replacement in the end and clipped in much easier. Hopefully all is ok
