Confused????

Hi iv got a 2003 e53 x5 d on log book it says saloon but my insurance company says it's a estate and wants to charge me an extra 113, I take it log book is the correct one. Sorry if it's a stupid question but really confused

I’d go with the V5 personally.
No idea whether there is an official definition of what constitutes an estate as against a saloon. Perhaps the two part tailgate rather than a boot lid makes it an estate?

on my v5 mine is classed as an estate

I'm even more confused now lol. I'm guessing I just tell insurers what's on the v5, cheers fellas
