tracking new order

I would like to track our new order. Dealer has given me the 'dealer order number' (no VIN available) , however I think you need the VIN for tracking.

Any idea when the VIN becomes available? Have you managed to track your UK bound car .. if so how!?

I'm afraid it's not possible to track orders here in the UK, other than speaking to your dealer, and even they have only limited information. Some have sought to track where their car is as it sails over the Atlantic, but can be a bit hit and miss. There's another thread on this forum as below which may shed a little more light:
