Removed from my 2010 40d and you'll need to source some plastic retainer clips or use the ones already on the car. You'll notice I've had to cut the the self tapping screw holes on one of the rears as my screws where to far gone to be unscrewed but once fitted using washers it'll be fine and won't budge.
These are £200+ when new from BMW, I'm after £90 including delivery.
