Hi I m sure the newer car has RDCi sensors in the tyre valve, the tyre sizes are also slightly different for the newer car. Best to check with the Dealer but they will proberby advise against it!

I dont think they are.
The guy I bought my winter wheels from had swapped his E70 for the newer X5 and said the wheels didnt fit and he would need new ones.
