Hi all,
I’m looking to buy a 3.0 petrol For £10-13k. Ideally I want m sport, 7 seater, pano roof. Do these actually exist with these options as I’ve been on the look out for ages? Anyone know any coming up for sale?
May compromise on somethings for exactly the right car. Might even consider a 4.8 if it was ticking all the boxes.

I checked Wikipedia and a 3.0 petrol is listed but in the bmw price guide it only give the 50 petrol
And the diesel variants.

So not sure if the 3.0 Petrol was only in the USA, I’m sure X5 Sport will know

I have a sneaking suspicion that only the 4.4 V8 turbo (called the 50i)was offered in the UK by that date because the 30i would have struggled to meet EU emissions regs and the diesels were outselling everything else. 

The 4.8V8 was available up to the 2009 LCI change point (MY2010).  The X5(M) May use a more tuned version of the 4.4 lump.
